1.If the purchaser has any objection before receiving the product and acceptance, it can put forward it before passing the acceptance.
2.When the purchaser feeds back abnormal quality problems in any way (including telephone, fax, e-mail, etc.), we will respond within 4 hours, give preliminary solutions within 12 hours, and give complete solutions and corresponding preventive measures within 24 hours.
3.If the acceptance shows that the quality, quantity, specification or performance of the products do not meet the requirements specified by the purchaser, we are willing to return, exchange or replenish unconditionally within 8 days from the date of receiving the written notice from the purchaser.
