In vitro study: in CA I, one prominent compound is dimethylfluoxetine (compound 17), a nanomolar CA I inhibitor. This trimethoxycoumarin is the most effective of any NP coumarin among the six CA isozymes in this study [1].
Kinase: before determination, the inhibitor (including dimethylerythromycin) and the enzyme solution were pre incubated at room temperature for 6 hours to allow the formation of enzyme inhibitor complex [1]
